We are a group of independent dental practices, serving your needs and providing the public with a variety of dental services. We have license to use Lemala® trademark.
As you know, the news surrounding COVID-19 has been changing by the minute. The Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) made an announcement strongly recommending that all non emergency dental services be suspended, immediately. The RCDSO will re-evaluate their decision in the first week of April.
We have attached a link to the RCDSO’s website defining what qualifies as a “true emergency”.
What is a “true emergency situation”?
Our practice’s top priority is the health and safety of our patients, staff and community. We have made the difficult decision that effective immediately, we will be temporarily closing until April 6, 2020.
This tough measure is critically important to protect public safety. As dentists, we must live up to our social responsibility to the public. Continuing as business as usual and performing elective and non-emergency treatments does not meet that standard.
Below is a link directing you of a list of dental practices that have contacted the RCDSO to inform them that they currently meet COVID-19 safety standards. That includes access and the ability to safely use N95 masks, gloves, eye protection, face shields and protective gowns.
